Since I was a child, I’ve always be fascinated with art. I would spend the entirety of my adolescence drawing Pokémon and fanart of whatever I was obsessed with at the time. As embarrassing to think about now, I really attribute my love for art during this time because I was able to create with the carefreeness of someone who drew purely for fun.

I decided to pursue a degree in Painting with a minor in Digital Media, which I totally lied to my parents about at the time. Much to the chagrin of most of my professors, I spent the majority of my studio time creating illustrations they considered kitschy. I figured that I might as well do what I want with the time that I have (which in hindsight might have been somewhat reckless), but ultimately I was able thrive doing what I love.

Fast forward to now, I am able to incorporate my passion in art as a graphic designer creating shirt designs and learning my way into the screen printing industry, while creating my own art on the side. My parents now also know what my degree was haha.

When I’m not creating, I spend my time playing Magic the Gathering, video games (my favorite game is Okami), gardening, hanging out with my husband and our two cats, or KARAOKE!
